Fiera Roma is one of the very few trade fair districts in Italy to have a TLite by Vivaticket Ticket System installed on its Servers with SIAE Cards in the name of Fiera Roma S.r.l. By following cycles of constant updates, we are continually developing in order to fulfil our customers’ needs and the changes imposed by the market. Vivaticket has designed solutions, which make it easy to manage not only simple tickets, but also discount codes, coupons, vouchers or special packages. The extremely flexible system enables free access, closed number access, events with allocated seats and subscriptions to be managed simultaneously.

Hardware services

Fiera Roma has the latest generation PC cash desks, PDAs and printers that will reduce visitor waiting time during ticket purchase/issue. In addition to all this, there are also self-registration columns to issue specific entry tickets depending on the type of event.

On-site sales

Our supplier, Vivaticket, enables us to offer our customers the on-line sale of entry tickets for all the events taking place in our trade fair district. Sales pages can be customised ad hoc depending on the individual organiser's requests, as well as the necessary personal detail sheets required to purchase the ticket.

On-site sales

Fiera Roma is able to guarantee that No. 30 cash desks will be open simultaneously for the on-site sale of entry tickets. The extensive venues available offer the opportunity to select reception cash desks on the first floor walkway or on the ground floor.


Fiera Roma's versatile ticket system offers the opportunity to also issue not only customised access passes on-site, but also paper and/or plastic passes for B2B events, conferences, congresses, etc. with the same efficiency as the cash register for paid events.


In addition to the turnstiles in reception and near all our halls, Fiera Roma also has the best hardware devices (PDAs) to control access. We guarantee every type of barcode, QR code, RFID (radio frequency identification) can be read.


The reports generated to record sales and access control entry numbers are an additional service Fiera Roma can offer its customers. The reports can be produced vertically from any request by the organisers and can be scheduled to be sent automatically to your chosen e-mails.
